Payment schedule

Your property, your figures

Rent

Your agreed rent and payment dates are stated in your occupation contract.

Security deposit

Any required amount is confirmed before commitment, with protection information provided where required by law.

If requested, no more than one week’s rent; read the written terms before paying.

Household bills

Council tax, utilities, TV licence and communication services may be payable as set out in your contract.

Default payments

Only those allowed by Welsh law and applicable to your contract can be requested; ask us for the basis of any proposed charge.

Administration

No fees for accompanied viewings, contract preparation, renewal, inventories, check-in or check-out.
